Consultation fees are applied to cover preliminary design work or feasibility studies, setting a solid foundation for the project. The design phase is a collaborative and iterative process where your vision takes shape. We offer up to four dedicated meetings to ensure open communication and alignment with your goals. During this phase, we present three distinct design variations, each crafted to explore different possibilities while adhering to your project’s requirements and site-specific conditions.
Our team works closely with you to refine these designs, incorporating feedback to achieve a solution that balances aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility. The implementation phase brings your design to life through construction or renovation. We prioritize three key pillars: time, budget, and quality of service delivery. Depending on the project’s scope, we offer a defects liability period ranging from 6 to 12 months.
