Following previous construction shortcomings, we were entrusted with the responsibility of rectifying critical defects, deconstructing compromised elements, addressing extensive water damage, and redesigning both the electrical and plumbing systems. Through careful planning and technical expertise, we transformed the project into a model of modern sustainable living. Designed with long-term efficiency in mind, the residence is fully powered by solar energy, incorporates rainwater harvesting and reuse systems for irrigation, and features a low-maintenance landscaping strategy that minimizes resource consumption while enhancing the natural beauty of the site.
